Description
The 7785 series pumps consist of an air
motor connected directly to a double-acting
reciprocating pump tube.
These high-pressure grease pumps
(40:1 ratio) are designed to deliver a range of
greases (up to NLGI #3) and operate directly
from their original drums or bulk containers.
Each pump model is designed with a
pump tube length to accommodate different
size containers (→ Table 1, page 6).
Model 7785-A5 is designed for 400 lb
containers on various systems. Refer to
Alternate installations (page 14) for details.
Model 7785-B5 and 7785-C5 are
designed for 120 lb containers. 7785-C5 has
a camlock adapter (→ Fig. IPB 3, page 21).

NOTE

CAUTION
Do not operate this pump
without personal protective
equipment. Pump can
generate noise levels above
85 dBa that could result in hearing loss.
Failure to comply could result in
personal injury.
