3. ASSEMBLY
Step 1
Insert the front (3) and rear (7) stabilisers into the main frame holes, as shown in Fig. 3. Then,
fit the curved washer φ8 (B), the pressure washerφ8 (C) and the cap nut M8 (D) and tighten the
assembly.
Step 2
Remove the handlebar stem (2), connect the cable as shown in Fig. 4 and, next, reinsert the
handlebar stem back into the main frame. (During this step it is possible that the piece does
not fit properly the first time, so try it several times).
Step 3
Align the handlebar stem (2) holes with the ones in the main frame. After that, put the curved
washers φ8 (B) and insert the Allen screws M8*12 (E). Secure everything with the Allen key.
Fig. 5
Step 4
Remove the console (1) by unscrewing the two screws provided. After connecting the cables
in the console, screw it back on using the Allen key. The straight plug is inserted into the data
hole, while the L-shaped plug is inserted into the heart rate hole. Fig. 6.
Step 5
First, insert the sliding guide into the saddle bracket. Then, align the holes and fix them with
the adjustment knob. Fig. 7 and Fig. 8
Step 6
When you have assembled the parts from step 5, place them on the supports of the main
frame. Align the four holes and put plain washers and Allen screws M8*40. Secure everything
with the Allen key. Fig. 9
Step 7
Put the saddle in its frame. Align the four holes and put four plain washers (A) and four Allen
52
screws M8*12 (E). Secure everything with the Allen key. Follow the same procedure to install
the backrest. Fig. 10
Step 8
Align the holes of the side hand grips (8) with the ones on the saddle bracket. Next, put two
φ

8 (B) and two Allen screws M8*50 (G), and fix them with plain washers
(A), pressure washers (C) and cap nuts (D). After that, connect the cables as shown in Fig. 11
Step 9
1. Take the pedals (5) and remove the pre-fixed nut.
2. Put them in the frame. The left pedal is tightened counterclockwise. Make sure that you
have put each pedal on its corresponding side. The reference (right/left) is taken as if the
user was sitting on the saddle. The left pedal is marked with an "L", the right pedal with an
"R". Fig. 12
Step 10
Adjusting the bike. Both ends of the rear stabiliser can be rotated to adjust the feet. In this way,
the machine will be level and stable when in use. Fig. 13

To get off the exercise bike, do the previous step in reverse order.
