Troubleshooting
In the following table you will fi nd possible errors and information on trouble shooting. If you cannot rectify the fault
yourself, contact ProMinent Service.
Error
The connection to the pump cannot
be established.
The sensor provides incorrect mea-
surement results.
LED does not light up.
During pairing, the app does not
fi nd the sensor.

Cause
The DULCONNEX Blue App is not installed.
Bluetooth
®
not activated on the smartphone.
®
The pump has no Bluetooth
module, a
Bluetooth
®
module that is too old or outdated
software.
The tank size is not calibrated.
The sensor is mounted incorrectly.
Sensor is broken.
Power supply is not connected.
The sensor is already connected to the pump.
The sensor is already connected to another
smartphone. The sensor can only be connec-
ted to one smartphone.
Action
Install the app and run the connection process
with the wizard.
See "DULCONNEX Blue App" (page 6) and
"Connect Sensor to Pump (Wizard)" (page 13).
Activate Bluetooth
®
on your smartphone.
Contact the ProMinent service.
See "Confi guration" (page 14).
See mounting instructions in "Mounting"

Check electrical connection, see "Electrical Instal-
lation" (page 11).
No action required.
Disconnect the existing connection and restart the
connection process.
