TRANSLATION (USER) MANUAL
GYPSUM GRINDER 59G264
NOTE: READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE
POWER TOOL AND KEEP IT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
SPECIFIC SAFETY PROVISIONS
• Before connecting the grinder to the mains, always make sure that the
mains voltage matches the voltage indicated on the machine's rating
plate.
• The gypsum grinder must only be connected to an electrical installation
equipped with residual current protection, which will interrupt the
power supply if the leakage current exceeds 30mA in less than 30ms.
• A dust extraction system must be connected to the grinder.
• Before switching on the sander, make sure that the sandpaper is securely
fixed to the working disc and that it does not touch the material to be
machined.
• Hold the grinder securely while working.
• Do not touch parts of the grinder that are in motion.
• A dust-proof protective mask and face-fitting safety goggles must be
worn. The dust produced when sanding gypsum surfaces is harmful to
health.
• Members of the public should not enter a room where plaster is being
ground with a sander. Nor should they eat or drink in such a room.
• The sander must not be operated wet.
• Always keep the power cord of the machine away from moving parts
of the grinder.
If the power cord becomes damaged during operation, disconnect
the power supply immediately. DO NOT TOUCH THE CABLE
BEFORE DISCONNECTING THE POWER SUPPLY.
• WARNING. When the engine is switched off, the working disc is still
rotating.
• Keep the outstretched power cable away from the working disc.
• Do not allow children or anyone not familiar with the operating
instructions to operate the grinder.
• REMINDER. The operator or user is responsible for accidents or
hazards occurring to other persons or the environment.
• Pull the plug out of the mains socket:
• every time you walk away from the device;
• before checking, cleaning or repairing the appliance;
• Repairs to the grinder should only be carried out by authorised persons.
• Only spare parts recommended by the manufacturer should be used.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• Keep all components in good condition to be sure the grinder will work
safely.
• Clean the motor cooling vents after each operation to prevent the unit
from overheating.
• Replace worn or damaged parts to maintain safety.
• Protect the grinder from moisture.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Use sandpaper of the correct type.
ATTENTION: The device is designed for indoor operation.
Despite the use of an inherently safe design, the use of safety
measures and additional protective measures, there is always a
residual risk of injury during work.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION
The plaster grinder is a hand-held power tool driven by a single-phase
commutator motor. The sander is designed for surface dry finishing
sanding of walls and other plastered surfaces. The grinder's movable
working disc guard fits perfectly to any wall surface. The design of the
sander has a system that allows it to be connected to an external dust
extraction system (e.g. dust bag, hoover), which must be connected
during operation. Its areas of use are the execution of renovation and
construction work and any work in the field of independent amateur activity
(DIY).
The sander should only be used with a dust extraction
system connected, e.g. a dust bag or a workshop hoover
suitable for extracting gypsum dust.

PREPARATION FOR WORK
FITTING AN AUXILIARY HANDLE
It is recommended to use an auxiliary handle for the sander. The auxiliary
handle is installed in the hole fig. C3 in the grinder handle fig. C2 The grinder
should be held with both hands when working (also using the auxiliary
handle) there is less risk of losing control of the machine.
SANDING PAPER ATTACHMENT
The sander has a working disc with so-called Velcro, which allows the sanding
paper to be changed easily and quickly in both sanding disc shapes.
• Bring the sandpaper close to the sanding disc so that its holes align with
those on the sanding disc Fig. F1 and Fig. F2 and press down to ensure
effective dust extraction .
• To remove the sandpaper, tilt it on one side and then pull .
