TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of a malfunction, defect, or suspected fault after a fall, immediately unplug the
appliance from the mains.
If the fault cannot be rectified following the instructions in the table below, contact an
authorised service centre.
Only skilled specialists can carry out servicing and repairs on the appliance.
All liability is declined for damage caused by makeshift repairs or repairs carried
out by unauthorised personnel. Such cases shall cause the warranty to lapse.
Problem
The appliance doesn't turn on.
The grain size is inconsistent.
The coffee is not coming out
of the nozzle correctly.
The motor stops.

Check that the plug is inserted.

Check that the wall safety switch is turned on.

Check that the appliance switch is set to "On".

If the problem occurs after a long period of intensive
use, or after an overload, the motor may be in thermal
protection mode. Wait about 20 minutes, then try again.
The waiting time can be reduced by positioning the
appliance in a cool place.

Try grinding very coarsely for a few seconds, then adjust
to the correct setting again.

Contact technical support to check/replace the grinders.

Check that the coffee nozzle is not clogged.

If the motor stops due to incorrect grind regulation
or due to the presence of a foreign body in
the grinders, try increasing the grain size to the
maximum size by turning the micrometer ring nut
counter-clockwise. If this doesn't work, turn the
appliance off, unplug the power cord and contact
technically qualified personnel.

If the motor stops due to the high temperature, contact
technically qualified personnel.
