Electrical connection
To ensure safe and trouble-free operation of the appliance after making the
electrical connection, please observe the following advice:
CAUTION

Before connecting the appliance, compare the connection data (voltage
and frequency) on the rating plate with that of your mains power supply.
These data must agree so that no damage is sustained by the appliance.

Ensure that the mains power cable is not damaged and is not running over
hot surfaces and/or sharp edges.
►
Ensure that the mains power cable is not taut or knotted.

Insert the power plug into a mains wall socket.
Inserting the battery
If the battery in the remote control is empty, a new CR2032 battery needs to be
inserted.
♦
Press the locking tab to one side and pull out the battery compartment
♦
Remove the battery from the remote control.
NOTE

Please follow the disposal instructions (see chapter "Disposal of batteries").

Insert a new battery.
NOTE
►
Pay attention to the correct polarity (+/−) when inserting the battery.
The correct polarity is stamped on the battery compartment
The battery's negative pole should be facing upwards.

Slide the battery compartment
