WARNING
Risk of injury when heating closed containers
When heating food in closed containers, high pressure can build up
and the container can burst or explode.

For heating, only use containers in which no pressure can build
up (e.g. containers with vents in the lid)

Damage to property
Insufficiently temperature-resistant containers may be damaged when
used on the hot and cold plate.

Only use food storage containers that are sufficiently tempera-
ture-resistant over the entire adjustable temperature range.
During operation, the hot plates keep food containers with contents
above the preset surface temperature at a constant current tempera-
ture. For support, Hupfer gantry lamp modules can be installed over
the hot plate. When the hot plate is operated in heating mode, the
infra-red lamp of the gantry lamp module is active.
