refrigeration which can cause overheating to the internal equipment.
All guarantee undertakings from the supplier cease to apply if the customer/user installs any filter
dispositive not authorized by the supplier.
6.3) Electric Supply
The electric voltage supply requirements are indicated on the nominal board. The LTG 410 is designed
to operate in threephase mains of 220, 380 or 440V in 50/60 Hz. It should be fed from an independent
electric main of adequate capacity in order to garantuee its correct performance and also to reduce
welding flaws or eventual damages caused by other equipment such as resistence welding machine,
impact crimper, electric engines, etc.
For the electric supply of a LTG 410 the user can use the inlet cable supplied (4 conductors, that being
3 feeding conductors and 1 earthed one) or an appropriate cable with the corresponding bifool to the
length desired and with 4 conductors, that being 3 feeding conductors and 1 earthed one. In all cases,
the electric supply should be done through a switch exclusive with fuses or circuit breakers
appropriately dimensioned.
The chart 6.1 below gives dimension guide lines of line fuses cases, otherwise check the regulations.

The LTG 410 is supplied for a connection to a power main of 440 V. In case the power voltage is different, the
primary connections should be modified as indicated in the diagram below. The right side lid can be
removed to gain direct access to the terminal bar to the primary connections
The earth terminal is connected to the chassi of the RECTIFIERS. It
should be connected to a efficient earth point of the main power
installation. DO NOT connect the earth conductor of the input cable to
any of the bornes of the ON/OFF switch. This puts the machine chassi
under electric voltage hazard.
All the electric connections should be completely tightened to avoid risk of sparkling, overheating, or
voltage slopes in the circuits.
