On start-up the burner motor starts and with it the pre-ventilation stage which lasts 20-30 seconds.
Once the pre-ventilation stage is over the gas check valve opens and fuel starts flowing to feed the
flame.
If the flame fails to appear within 3 seconds of the end of pre-ventilation the burner goes into
lockout. If the flame accidentally goes out during routine operation a new ignition attempt is
automatically made.
WIRING DIAGRAM
The power line must reach the burner via a 10A
Connecting wires must have a cross-section of at least 1 mm
connection and auxiliary equipment see the wiring diagram, observing phase and neutral.
Make the connection to an efficient earthing system.
The earth connection to the terminal board of the burner must be made with a cable at least 20 mm
longer than the phase and neutral cables.
HEXAPOLAR PLUG (7) self-sealed, external, allows
for quick and easy electrical connection. Removing
the plug severs electrical connections completely and
allows work to be carried out on the burner in absolute
safety.
