profile has too much friction or there is misalignment, the leaf tilt can be
adjusted as follows.
1) With the leaf open in breakout position, loosen the grub (fig. Z ref. 2) .
2) Tightening or loosening the screws, adjust the leaf tilt so that the leaf
fixing profile is parallel to the runner fixing profile. (fig. Z ref. 3)
3) Once the correct position is found, tighten the grub (fig. Z ref. 4)
19) CHECKING THE INSTALLATION
Once the installation has been completed, check all fixings and verify the
device and all its elements are working correctly
20) PHOTOCELL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FIG.AA
The wall photocell support kit allows installing two single-beam additional
photocells that communicate the breakout of the leaves to the control unit
of the automation.
The preliminary operations provide for preparing suitable channelling for
the beam cables.
WARNING: Check the dowel does not compress the beam cable while fixing
21) PHOTOCELL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND CONFIGURATION
For the electrical connections, refer to the manual in the photocell KIT.
22) PHOTOCELL CONNECTION AND CONNECTION TO THE CONTROL
UNIT (FIG. AI)
23) PREPARATION OF THE SEMI-FIXED LEAF (SAS 1AMF/SASA 2 AMF)
(FIG.AB)
Machine the upright and crosspieces as shown in fig. AA
WARNING: Use correctly sized doors, capable of withstanding the stress due
to the breakout of the leaves in case of emergency.
24) ASSEMBLING AND FIXING THE SEMI-FIXED LEAF RELEASE SYSTEM
(FIG. AC AND AD)
25) SEAL PROFILE FIXING (FIG.AE)
26) LEAF POSITIONING (SASA1 AMF/SASA 2AMF) (FIG.AF)
27) INSTALLATION OF THE MAGNETIC CONTACT FIG. AG
THE MAGNETIC CONTACT ALLOWS MONITORING THE SEMI-FIXED LEAF
OPENING AND THEREFORE COMMUNICATING THE BREAKOUT TO THE
CONTROL UNIT
28) HINGE INSTALLATION (FIG. AH)
29) PICTOGRAM FOR ESCAPE ROUTES (FIG. AJ)
THE BREAKOUT LEAVES USED AS ESCAPE ROUTES MUST BE MARKED
WITH THEIR RELATIVE PICTOGRAMS
27) MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION: check every 6 months that the leaf release force does not
exceed 220 N. If this value is exceeded, remove the latch bolt and re-
measure.
Disconnect the power before carrying out any maintenance on the device.
-
Keep the bottom runner clean.
-
Check the condition of the leaf guide pin periodically.
