Pipeline Inspection Reel
2. Pull the bottom of the backpack plate away from the reel
and downward in one motion.
1. Push the top mounting plate into the reels top mounting
receptacle.
2. Now push the bottom of the backpack into the reel lining
up the male mounting post.
3. Push with the palm against the bottom of the backpack until it locks in place. Give a
slight tug to make sure that it is locked in place.
