Mix the juice with 2 glasses of water and leave the fruit slices to soak for about 2 hours
Preservation of dried fruit
• Storage containers for preserving dried fruit must be clean and dry.
• For a better preservation of dried fruit, use glass containers with metal lids and place
them in a dark, dry place with a temperature between 5 and 20 degrees.
• During the first week after drying, check the container for moisture. If you find it,
it means that the food product is not well dried. Dry them again.
• Do not place hot or even warm products in storage containers.

HOW TO DEHYDRATE VEGETABLES
Dehydration of vegetables
• Wash vegetables.
• Take out the pit from vegetables and remove deteriorated parts.
• Cut vegetables in small pieces and spread them freely in the different drying racks.
• Boil vegetables for 1 to 5 minutes, let them soak in cold water and then dry them.
