23. DRAIN THE CONDENSATION OF THE DEPOSIT:
Risk of explosion. The water condenses in air tank. If the tank is not drained, the
water can corrode and wear down its bottom, increasing the risk of rupture. Every
day, you should drain the tank and always after more than four hours of use. The
condensed water drained is moisture which is in the pressurized air, as well as
contains abrasive particles, oxide, etc. To drain the tank, you must open the drain
valve located at the bottom of the tank (face and eyes should be kept away and
protected).
24. CHECK IF THE COMPRESSOR OUTPUT PRESSURE IS FRAMED WITH THE
VALUES OF THE EQUIPMENT TO BE SUPPLIED:
An excessive air pressure can cause an explosion in equipment connected to the
compressor (hoses, spray gun, impact wrenches, etc.). Check if the compressor
output does not exceed the maximum pressure allowed by the equipment
connected.
25. THE SAFETY VALVE SHOULD WORK PROPERLY:
Risk of explosion. Before starting the compressor, pull the safety ring of the safety
valve to confirm that the valve opens freely. This valve will relieve the pressure in
case of an overpressure in the tank, caused by an abnormal compressor running.
It is real important that it is in perfect running conditions.
26. THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT EXPOSES THE OPERATOR TO TOXIC GASES,
WHICH CAN BE VERY HARMFUL TO HEALTH:
The use of this machine exposes the operator to toxic gases, so it should only be
used outdoor and in open spaces. Even in open spaces, avoid proximity with the
gases produced by the machine's engine. If not possible, use suitable equipment
to protect yourself from these gases.
27. CHECK A CORRECT FUEL SUPPLY:
Follow all instructions in this manual to refuel. Gasoline is extremely flammable
and gasoline vapour can cause explosions. Never refuel with the engine running or
hot. Do not generate flames, sparks or smoke near of gasoline. Do not refuel in
closed or poorly ventilated areas. Do not refill the tank up to the limit, you should
allow at least 2 cm of air for volumetric expansion of gasoline. Refuel very slowly
to let the filter works correctly while the gasoline flows. Never start the engine in
case of a spillage, first clean the spillage completely before starting the engine
again. Always keep gasoline in an approved container.
28. WARNINGS FOR THE TRANSPORT:
Be very careful when moving the compressor. In case of tripping and falling there
is a high risk of the operator suffering physical injuries. The machine may also be
damaged and fuel spilled, which is a risk of fire. Before moving the machine, drain
the tank, check the condition of the carrying handle and if the way is clear of
obstacles.
