POSITIONING THE WRIST BAND
The device ref.1092/400H is provided with a wrist band (included), which allows the device to be worn as a
common wrist watch, allowing the operator to calibrate the cameras having both hands free.
Insert the specific tab in the wrist band making it pass through the two slots on the back of the device:
make sure the band with the Velcro strip faces the battery cover.

USING THE DEVICE

Plug the BNC of the video input cable (provided) into the VIDEO IN input of the device, located
on the upper part of the device itself (also see the controls and adjustments chapter).
Plug the end of the video cable previously connected to the monitor into the camera you want to
use.
Use the cable to power the camera (if it is not already powered) with the 3 and 5mm connectors
provided (also see the controls and adjustments chapter).
Switch on the monitor to view the images of the camera using the ON/OFF switch.
If the images transmitted by the camera do not appear, change the video signal format from
PAL to NTSC using the MENU and ARROW button.
The images of the connected camera will appear on the monitor for camera positioning and
perfect focusing. The lower part of the monitor shows indications related to a function which is
not provided and which needs to be ignored when using the device.
Use the MENU button on the upper side of the device to access the BRIGHTNESS,
CONTRAST, SATURATION, LANGUAGE and, VIDEO FORMAT SELECTION settings.
Use the "ARROW" buttons to increase or decrease the values of the selected menu item or to
change the video signal format (PAL or NTSC).
Important note:
The monitor will appear completely dark with the words NO SIGNAL in the middle even
when the device is on if there is no video signal.
Remember to switch off the device after use to prevent discharging the internal battery
unnecessarily.
