10.4.1 Turning on the appliance
With the inside of the cabinet clean, plug it into the mains. Check that the thermostat is
not turned off
appliance.
• When the appliance is on, the display shows the cabinet's temperature and
humidity.
• After a few minutes, the status of the components (compressor, heating
resistance, fans, light,...) will be activated to achieve the temperature and
humidity conditions set if there is an active program, if there is no active
program, the display will remain marking temperature and humidity without any
active component for regulation, only being able to activate the light.
10.4.2 Operation and setting the thermostat
The cabinet you have purchased has an electronic temperature and humidity controller.
It is equipped with 6 configurable programs, being "program 1" capable of maintaining
adequate interior environmental conditions for drying sausages without the need to
manipulate parameters. In this way the other 5 programs remain free for a customized
configuration by the client.
In case you want to modify the factory parameters, only qualified personnel can do it
and the operation will be under your responsibility when making these changes.
10.4.2.1 Access to configuration or program selection
Selection of preset programs:
