Filling the Sandblasting Tanks
Do not write on or stick anything to the sandblasting tank and
en
tank lid.
Do not press the foot switch while filling is in progress!
⇒ Ventilate the blasting tank completely by pressing the ventilation
valve (5)
⇒ Unscrew the tank lid (4) (If it is not possible to loosen the lid,
there is still pressure within the blasting tank >>> Press the ven-
tilation valve again!)
⇒ Add abrasive up to the maximum fill level (Fig. 7) (the point
where the tank jacket thickens just below the thread)
⇒ Clean the thread on the sandblasting tank and tank lid as well as
the seal
⇒ Screw the tank lid closed firmly by hand.
Abrasive residue on the seal causes leakage and premature
wear of the seal.
Warning: Do not tilt the tank lid when screwing it on.
Check that the tank lid is seated securely prior to use.
Tank lids that are not closed securely can suddenly blow off.
There is a risk of injury as a result of flying parts and sudden
emission of abrasive sand.
⇒ Always use only clean, dry abrasive of the appropriate grain size
(refer to the accessories)
The sandblasting unit is now operational.

Adjusting the Operating Pressure
⇒ Activate the foot switch and set the blasting pressure at the

within in the blasting tanks will be restored
