Ingredients:
1½ lbs ground beef, 1 egg, 1 onion
(chopped), 1 cup milk, 1 cup dried bread crumbs,
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk,
and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to
taste, and then place in a lightly greased 5 x 9 inch
microwave-safe loaf pan. Place the pan on the low
rack.

Brush the roast beef with oil and seasonings.
Place the roast beef on the low rack. When the
