The T-shaped end is inserted into the slot of the magic
completely. The tags on the retention section are used for holding ligatures and
providing reliable retention of the magic
The LinguSet bracket positioning unit (REF. 076-100-00) is recommended for
placing magic
lingual brackets on the set-up model. The following technique is
®
recommended to ensure exact transfer of the bracket position established on the
model using single tooth trays.
Insert the T unit into the slot of the bracket. Adapt the retention section towards
the buccal contour of the tooth. Ensure there is a uniform gap between the magic
Tray Connector and the tooth surface (approx. 1 mm).
Coat the plaster model at the incisal edges and occlusal and buccal surfaces of the
relevant teeth with separating agent (REF 162-800-00). Attach the ring of an elastic
ligature (REF 774-230-00) to the retention section of the magic
Place the second ring of the elastic ligature around the bracket hook.

wire, 0.51 x 0.51 mm / 20 x 20 (REF 535-051-00), is used for
transferring the tubes. Insert the slot wire from the distal into the tube, take it up
to the occlusal surface leaving a gap of approx. 1 mm and bend it to provide
retention.
Light-curing acrylic is used to fix the magic
the tooth in the form of a coping that should cover the incisal edge and occlusal
surface as well as part of the buccal surface. Ensure that the retention is
completely covered with acrylic. The acrylic should not come into contact with the
brackets and tubes. We recommend marking the tooth denomination clearly on the
transfer copings to facilitate identification.
Cut the appropriate tooth denomination from the template supplied, place on the
coping and completely cover with a thin layer of acrylic. Adhere to the acrylic
manufacturer's instructions for use.
All the individual trays are transferred to the malocclusion model for the final check of the
fit. After checking the fit, make any adjustments that are required. There should not be
any contact between the transfer copings approximally.
