1.2 Correct use
To correctly use your SR Mecatronic rooftop air conditioner, you must en-
sure that:
• The air vents on the roof are free of obstacles (leaves, etc.)
• The roof of your campervan is clean because dirty roofs heat up to a
greater extent.
• In cooling, dehumidifying and heating mode, all doors and windows are
closed to avoid condensation forming on the air distributor.
• In the event of snow or ice, clear the air vents of the rooftop air condition-
er before operating the appliance.
• The air conditioner should only be used when external temperatures
range between -15°C and +45°C. Using the system outside this range
could result in damage or a malfunction.
To achieve healthy climate control, keep the difference between the inter-
nal and external temperatures reasonable.
