PROBLEMS
The device is not
cooling down
The device is not
turning on
The device does not
heat
Low air supply in
the passenger
compartment
If the problem persists despite the aforementioned solutions, please
contact an authorised Sr Mecatronic service centre.
CAUSES
- The air conditioner is not set
in cooling mode
- The set temperature is higher
than the ambient temperature
- Ambient temperature is below
16°C
- Filters and heat exchangers
blocked
- Insufficient speed
- Lack of power supply or
incorrectly sized system
- The air conditioner is not
responding to remote control
commands
- The IR receiver is covered by
objects or damaged
- The protection fuse has blown
- The air conditioner is not set
in heating mode
- The set temperature is lower
than the ambient temperature
- Ambient temperature is above
30°C
- Insufficient speed
- Outside temperatures are too
low
- Internal diffuser air filters
clogged

SOLUTIONS
- Set air conditioner to cooling
mode
- Set temperature below room
temperature
- The air conditioner will only
be able to cool temperatures
above 16°C
- Clean filters, grille and
external heat exchanger
- Increase fan speed
- Check that the air conditioner
is receiving the correct power
supply
- Replace the remote control
batteries
- Make sure that there are no
obstacles between the remote
control and the IR receiver
- Change the fuse
- Set air conditioner in heating
mode
- Set temperature above
ambient temperature
- The air conditioner will only
be able to heat temperatures
below 30°C
- Increase fan speed
- Use a supplementary heating
system
- Clean/replace the internal
diffuser air filters
