7 INFORMATION
7.7 Warranty
7.7.1 The appliance is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase
for all mechanical parts and 2 years for electronic parts. SR Me-
catronic guarantees that the device was manufactured and tested
with extreme care and is consequently free from defects before
delivery.
7.7.2 Keep the receipt or invoice, which must be shown as proof of pur-
chase for warranty interventions (under penalty of forfeiture of the
same).
7.7.3 Defects found on this appliance will be remedied free of charge
within a reasonable time after receiving the appliance. We will bear
full responsibility for the expenses necessary for repair purposes,
especially the labour and material costs. The costs and risks deri-
ving from transporting the appliance to the authorised centre will be
at your expense.
7.7.4 Warranty interventions do not lead to an extension or renewal of
the appliance warranty period. Any replaced parts automatically
become our property.
7.7.5 We kindly ask you to hand over the appliance to our authorised
service centre for a possible warranty claim. Make sure that the
packaging is in perfect condition and suitable for safe transport
(original packaging).
Please include your full address inside the package, together with a short
description of the fault to prove your warranty claim. Please also enclose
the original purchase document (receipt or invoice) with the package.
