11.3 INFORMATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF WASTE ELECTRICAL AND
ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT CONTAINING BATTERIES AND ACCUMULATORS
This symbol, which appears on the product, on batteries or accumulators or on their packaging or
documentation, indicates that, at the end of their useful life, the product and any batteries or
accumulators must not be collected, recovered or disposed of together with household waste.
Improper management of waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries or accumulators
can cause the release of dangerous substances contained in the products. In order to avoid any
damage to the environment or to health, the user is requested to separate this equipment, and/or the
batteries or accumulators, from other types of waste and take it to the municipal collection center.
It is possible to ask the distributor to collect the waste electrical and electronic equipment under the conditions and
according to the procedures established by Leg. Decree 49/2014.
Separate collection and proper treatment of electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators helps
the conservation of natural resources, respect for the environment and ensures the protection of health.
For further information on the collection centers for waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and
accumulators, contact the public Authorities competent for issuing permits.
12. TROUBLESHOOTING
Alarms are indicated by an acoustic signal (if activated) and a message on the control panel.
In case of an alarm shutdown the unit, eliminate the cause and restart the unit according to the normal procedure
described in this manual. Every alarm condition causes unit shutdown. The alarms which can appear on the control
panel, with causes and cures, are listed below:

FUME PROBE
▪ The shutdown procedure is
activated.
▪ Alarm signaling occurs if
the fume probe detects a

exhaust fan is faulty.

FUME-EXTRAC.
