PELLET LOADING PROCEDURE
Do not load non-conforming fuels in the hopper.
Do not load foreign bodies such as containers, boxes, bags, metals, etc., in the
hopper.
The use of low-quality and non-compliant pellets damages and compromises unit
operation, voiding the warranty with exclusion of manufacturer liability.
To load pellets, proceed as described:

Open the pellet hopper door located at the back of the stove.
Manually load the pellets.
Note: Loading can be done with the unit turned off or on.

The pellet hopper door can only be opened for the time required to load the fuel and carry out
maintenance.

Insert the pellets taking care not to let them come out the hopper.
The use of pellets with characteristics different from those tested by the technician
during first lighting involves a new setting of the stove pellet loading parameters;
this operation is not covered by the warranty.
The lid of the pellet hopper must always remain closed, it must only be opened
when loading fuel.
Do not to place the pellet bag directly on the lid of the unit!
Always use a scoop to load the hopper; do not rub or place loads on the pellet door
and/or lid.
Always keep the support surface of the pellet hopper door clean.
Frequently check the condition of the pellet door seal; in case of deterioration,
contact the authorized service center.
The bags of pellets must be placed at a safe distance from the unit.

To open the door, insert the handle hook
supplied (A) and pull outwards to allow
turning of the hot handle
To close, operate in reverse order by
bringing the door close to the chamber with
the hook and then closing it hermetically with
the handle.
