Flip support plates upside down and adhere four
rubber pads on corresponding holes of each support
plate. (See Figure 1)

2. Place two support beams on a smooth, non-marring
surface parallel to each other with center brackets
facing up. Align left and right support plates with
ends of support beams and attach using eight
"A" Allen head bolts and 4 x 4 Allen wrench.

3. Flip assembly so that center brackets are now
facing down. Place lifting columns onto ends of
support beams, aligning holes in lifting column
plates to threaded holes in support beams. Attach
using 16 "C" Allen head bolts and 4 x 4 Allen wrench.
(See Figure 3)
NOTE: Rear lifting columns have a mounting
plate welded to their sides. These columns
must be installed on back support beam.

ASSEMBLY
4. Place feet onto lifting columns, aligning holes
in feet to threaded inserts on bottom of lifting
columns. Attach using 16 "D" Allen head bolts
and 4 x 4 Allen wrench. (See Figure 4)

5. Place tabletop on a flat, non-marring surface
with pre-drilled hole side facing up. Place frame
assembly onto tabletop, aligning two back corner
holes on each support plate with two pre-drilled
holes on back sides of tabletop. (See Figure 5)
NOTE: Only back two holes on each side are
pre-drilled to match this frame. Remaining
holes are for other products.
