Note
For every appliance fault, output X2.10 issues a 230 V
signal.
In the case of temporary faults, the output switches the
signal through for a specific time.
In the case of faults that result in a permanent appliance
shutdown, the output switches through permanently.

12.2 Sensor installation
12.2.1 Outside temperature sensor AF PT
The outside temperature sensors have a significant influence on
the function of your heating system. Therefore ensure that the
outside temperature sensors are correctly positioned and well
insulated.
- Install the outside temperature sensor on a north or
north-eastern wall.
- Ensure that the outside temperature sensor is freely exposed
to the elements but not placed in direct sunlight.
- Never mount the outside temperature sensor above win-
dows, doors or air ducts.
- Observe the following minimum clearances: 2.5 m above the
ground and 1 m to the side of windows and doors
Installation
f Remove the cover.
f Secure the base with the screw supplied.
f Connect the cable.
f Connect the outside temperature sensor to AA01-X1.3.
f Replace the cover. The cover must audibly click into place.
12.3 Remote control
f Please observe the commissioning instructions for the heat
pump manager.
The FET remote control is required to record humidity in the case
of cooling via an area heating system.
