12. Troubleshooting
Fault when opening
• Acoustic signal is heard

• Red LED flashes 2x
LED does not change
from red to green.
Access point does not
open.
No LED indication, regular
or irregular acoustic
signal.
The clock continues to run for up to 6 days after a power failure. However, the time should then
be checked and reset if necessary using the MDU 110 mobile data transfer unit.
The locking authorisations for the user keys are also retained after a power failure and do not
have to be reset.
If the faults cannot be remedied, contact your responsible DIALOCK technician or visit
www.hafele.com.
13. Reset
A reset is required for maintenance purposes or for remedying faults.
There are two reset options:
• Simple reset,
• complete reset.
A reset can only be carried out with the MDU 110 mobile data transfer unit
110 operating instructions .
If you have any questions concerning the MDU 110, please contact your responsible
DIALOCK technician or visit www.hafele.com.
In the case of products with this marking, a complete reset can be carried out with the
Häfele My Dialock Manager app.
If you have any questions concerning the Häfele My Dialock Manager app, please
contact your responsible Dialock technician.
Possible cause
• User key is not authorised.
• Distance between user key
and antenna too great.
