Since the WT 300 / WT 310 has low power wireless technology, it can receive the access data
(with the appropriate infrastructure) if a digital end device is held up to it and can pass it on to
the electronic control unit for evaluation. It checks the authorisation and, if necessary, gives
the opening signal.
The design of the WT 300 / WT 310 enables easy installation in flush-mount sockets according
to DIN 49073 as well as cavity boxes.
The WT 310 is intended for the switch ranges from manufacturer GIRA of "System 55".
The WT 300 / WT 310 is fitted indoors and powered by a separate power supply unit (not in
the scope of delivery). The use of the WT 300 outdoors is permitted under certain conditions


The wall terminal has a tamper sensor that triggers when the device is removed from the
mounting frame and activates the integrated acoustic signal generator and the alarm relay.
All unlocking processes and each removal of the wall terminal from the frame are logged in the
memory.
In addition, the WT 300 / WT 310 has a radio interface that can be used to configure the
terminal and read out protocol data with the aid of the MDU 110 mobile data transfer unit.
