4. Snap the waist buckle and adjust
the waist strap length so that the
backpack is securely supported by
your hips (Fig. 6c & 6d).
NOTICE: The backpack shouldn't sit too
high on your back; it should be positioned
closer to your hips than to your shoulders.
WARNING:
occurs, release the chest and waist buckles
immediately to take off the backpack strap
at each side, which is a quick release
