6. Do not place the appliance near a gas stove or electric
burner or in a heated oven.
1. Before you use the deep fryer it must be filled with the
required amount of oil or fat.
2. Never move the deep fryer during use. The oil becomes
very hot and you can get burned. Wait to move the deep
fryer until the oil has cooled off.
3. Disconnect the mains plug and allow the oil or fat to cool
down. Do not move the deep fryer until it and its contents
have cooled down.
4. Do not put oversized food into the deep fryer.
5. Hot steam is released during frying. Keep a safe distance
away from the steam to avoid burns and other injuries.
6. Never use water to extinguish a cooking oil fire.
7. Do not use attachments not included in the appliance.
8. Remove the frost and all ice pieces from frozen foods. The
more ice is still on the foods, the more the hot oil/fat will
spray.
9. During the frying process, hot steam escapes, particularly
if the lid is opened. Ensure that you use kitchen gloves
and do not bend over the appliance.
10. Ensure that all parts are completely dry before putting oil
or liquid fat into the deep fryer. Water residues vaporize
explosively and the hot oil/fat is sprayed.
1. Place the appliance on an easily accessible, level, dry,
heat-resistant and sufficiently sturdy work surface, in
order to avoid spilling the hot liquid. The work surface
should be insensitive to spraying fat.
2. Do not position the appliance at the edge or on the corner
