Remedy
Check the error code on the

Insert the PSP centrally and

straight.
Insert the PSP correctly in the

barrier envelope.
Position the PSP correctly.

When taking an X-ray, make
❯
sure that the active side faces
towards the X-ray tube.
Only expose the PSP once.

Check the erasure unit for
❯
proper function.
Inform a service technician, if
❯
the problem persists.
Do not bend the PSP.
