Press both sides of the battery latch (1) and remove the
X
battery.
Check the battery terminals for foreign objects and dirt.

Without applying force, insert the battery from above
X
into the charging bay provided on the charger.
The battery will now start charging. The status of the
X
charging process is displayed using LEDs (see also
chapter 6.5). As soon as the battery has finished char-
ging, all the LEDs change from red to green and the
charger switches to "trickle charging".
Push the charged battery into the clipper until the batte-
X
ry latch (1) engages on both sides.
1. Hold down the button (4) to view the battery charge level.
y No info displayed: exhausted or faulty battery
y Blinking display: Battery level ca. 0-10% – recharge im-
mediately

y One LED lights up (1): Battery level ca. 11-30%
y Two LEDs light up (1 & 2): Battery level ca. 31-60%
y Three LEDs light up (1, 2 & 3): Battery level ca. > 60 %
