12. Warranty terms and conditions
Our company provides the user with a 12-month warranty on all our product range, with the exception of ball bearings, from the date of invoice.
Maintenance during the warranty period is the responsibility of the customers.
Our company is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from:
- Excessive use.
- Any improper handling of the product or any modifi cation made to the product by persons not authorized by our company.
- Failure to comply with the instructions for installation, use and maintenance of the handpiece.
- Any chemical, electrical or electrolytic damage caused by improper autoclaving and/or storage.
- Inappropriate working pressure.
