6.12. If the reducer motor receives current and rotate slower than usually, it may have something blocked such as
a screw, a piece of wood, etc. To solve this problem, you must empty the hopper and, even if necessary, to
remove the auger screen.
6.13. If when the reducer motor rotates makes a noisy is due to a lack of lubrication- you have to lubricate only the
auger screen, not the reducer motor, see point 5.12 or 5.13, depending on the type of boiler.
PELLETS FALL BUT THE BOILER DOES NOT TURN ON:
6.14. Make sure the door is well closed.
6.15. Check that the resistance is properly placed. That is, the resistance support tube coincides with the largest
centre hole in the burn pot. Similarly, the resistance support tube must abut the burn pot.

6.16. Pay special attention to the cleaning of the boiler as excess of dust may prevent the boiler from starting on.
6.17. Check if the start-up resistance works.
THE START-UP RESISTANCE DOES NOT WORK:
6.18. Make sure the resistance heats, by moving your finger close to (but not touching) the hole that focuses heat
from the resistance (largest hole in the centre).
