Warranty certificate

The warranty period for individuals is 24 months from
the date of delivery for manufacturing and material
defects. The warranty period for legal entities is 12
months from the date of delivery for manufacturing
and material defects.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of
invoicing of each individual product.
The guarantee is provided at the supplier's work
point located in Piatra Neamt, str. Olteniei, no. 26A.
Products are sent to the service only after obtaining
an RMA number after the customer fills in the RMA
form at http://rma.pni.ro or by the courier agreed by
the supplier.
The commercial guarantee does not affect the rights of
the consumer provided by the applicable legislation in
force, namely Emergency Ordinance 140/28.12.2021
