Cleaning the fume duct
To clean the fume ducts, proceed as follows:
– loosen the screw (1) and extract the burner (2)
– loosen the fixing screws (3) of the front door (4)
– hold the front door (4) and remove the pin (5)

– extract the 5 turbulators (6) and brush them to remove the
soot
– remove the soot also from the smoke ducts using a pipe
cleaner or other suitable tool
– remove the soot deposited in the combustion chamber (7).

After completing the cleaning operations, mount all the com-
ponents back on except for the burner, by performing the above
steps in reverse order.

Cleaning the heat recovery device
To clean the heat recovery device:
– loosen the screws (1) and remove the cover (2)
– detach the siphon (3) and replace it with a provisional pipe
which must be brought to a network drain
– spray some detergent/degreaser on the plates (4) and wait for
it to take effect
– rinse the plates with abundant water.
After cleaning:
– detach the provisional drainage pipe
– fill the siphon (3) with water and connect it again to the heat
recovery device and to the network drain
– put the cover back on (2) and fasten it with the screws (1) re-
moved previously (roughly 3 Nm force).
