centre.
8.2.2. THE MACHINE DOESN'T MOVE FORWARD
Solution
Check usage mode of the brushes function. Detected elevated
work current by the brushes motor.
Check vacuum motor absorption. Detected elevated work current
by the suction motor.
Power section of brush or vacuum motor damaged; replace the
card.
Short circuit detected on the output of brushes or vacuum motor:
check connections and engines status.
Overheating on brushes and vacuum motor power section: check
absorptions.
Check connections and pedal potentiometer status.
Detected traction microswitch closed when switching on: release
the pedal.
Overheating on traction motor power section: check absorptions.
Traction power section damaged: replace the card.
Short circuit detected traction motor output: Check connections
and motor conditions.
Check usage mode of the traction function. High working current
has been detected by the traction motor.
Replace the card
Detected rebound on the key signal: check connections and key
contact conditions.
The general relay on the board is damaged; replace the card.
Overvoltage detected on function board. Check battery connec-
tions.
Check usage mode of the traction function. High working current
has been detected by the traction motor.
Check connections between the function board and dashboard.
