The surveillance camera does not identify the micro SD card
• We recommend that you insert and remove the micro SD card
into / from the camera only when the camera is turned off.
• The micro SD card must be FAT32 formatted.
•
If the "could not find SD card" error appears in the application,
the error is caused by a weak WiFi signal of the camera or phone.
The camera is online and an alarm event has occurred, but I have not
received any notification on the phone.
• Check the phone settings, if notifications are active, and if an
audible signal has been set.
• If you preview the surveillance camera, you will not receive
notification in case of an alarm, because it is assumed that you
are already watching the event.
