Rubble and the remains of cut materials
should be eliminated.
The water tray-tank should be cleaned with
abundant clean water.
Keep the tracks clean, and also the top part
of the table, in order to correctly seat the part
to be cut.
7. Functioning Anomalies
These examples of anomalies should help the
owner of the machine as orientation when
determining the cause for the malfunctioning
and carry out simple operations (carry out
masintenance operations, resetting of thermal
circuit breakers).
The customer is not authorised to dismantle
the machine unless with the express consent
of DURHER.
Any malfunctioning should be notified to DUR-
HER for this to be solved either by the
Technical Service or personnel authorised
under their instructions.
VIBRATION OF THE MACHINE WHEN CUTTING
Check that the blade direction is the correct
one.
Check that the height and inclination adjus-
tment handles are tight.
Check that the blade internal diameter coinci-
des with the shaft diameter (25.4 mm.).
Check that the tightening nuts of the height
and inclination axis are correctly tightened.
Revise the blade alignment (see point "misa-
lignment of cutting blade").
The possible falling of substances from the
working site (cement, mud, etc) on the machi-
ne should be taken into account, which should
be immediately cleaned.
Starting up the machine without having its
components correctly placed and fixed is
completely forbidden.
OVERLOADING OF THE MOTOR
In the event of overloading of the machine motor,
the thermal circuit breaker protecting said motor
will disconnect the supply to the same. In the M
model (monophase) this has to be reset
manually, as in models T (three-phase) 230 v.
and 400 v. Let it cool and the thermal circuit bre-
aker will be reset by itself, although the switch
has to be reset to continue working.
1.Operate the 'stop' pushbutton of the
machine.
2.Wait some time for the resetting of the
current supply box thermal circuit breaker.
3.Check that the covers are correctly in place.
4.Press the 'start' push button of the machine.
5.If the malfunctioning continues, the
machine will have to be repaired by the
Technical Service.
DECREASE OF VOLTAGE
In the event of a decrease of voltage, the mini-
mum relay of the machine will disconnect the
supply to the motor.
1.Operate the 'stop' push button of the
machine.
2.Disconnect the aerial base of the current
supply box of the machine.
3.Solve the problem in the electric mains
supply.
