The machine should never put into operation
without having the various components correctly
installed, that is, in their place and with all the
anchoring devices in place.
No modification may be carried out on the
machine without the express consent of the
manufacturer. Spare parts and accessories
authorised by the manufacturer should be used
at all times. The use of other spare parts or the
unauthorised modification will free the manufac-
turer from any responsibility.
The machine safety is only guaranteed if this is
used correctly, in accordance with the instruc-
tions contained the present manual.
The change or modification of the conditions of
use can only be carried out with the prior written
authorisation by DURHER.

1.2. GUARANTEE

Any guarantee issued will be immediately void,
with full rights, as well as DURHER being com-
pensated for any claims for public liability of
the products presented by third parties if:
Risks are produced as a consequence of
an incorrect maintenance.
The used parts are not original or autho-
rised by DURHER.
The service and maintenance tasks have
not been carried out following the servicing
instructions.
The repairs carried out on the machine
have not been carried out by technicians
authorised by DURHER or have been car-
ried out without written authorisation by
DURHER.
The machine parts are damaged by knocks
or overloads.
Modifications are carried out on the
machine without the previous written
authorisation by DURHER.
The material has been incorrectly used or
with negligence or has not been used in
accordance with the indications and use.
The supply voltage does not reach, or
exceeds, the limits required for the correct
functioning of the machine.
The following are excluded from DURHER guar-
antee: The parts or components having their
own guarantee.
