Water pump:
he water pump is the most vulnerable element
of the machine.

water. Do not use any other type of cooler.

Safety measures to be taken before carrying
out the maintenance operations.
Make sure that the mains switch of the
control board cabinet is in the OFF position.
Make sure that the cutter motor switch is in
the OFF position in the current supply box.
Disconnect the current supply aerial base
of the machine.
Before carrying out any maintenance opera-
tion, the personnel in charge should check this

Upon completing seasonal working, a general
revision of the machine by the Technical
Service is recommended.
6.1. MAINTENANCE
The maintenance of the machine is essential
for a correct functioning.
Check the condition of the cutting blade teeth.
Defects in the teeth or an excessive wear indi-
cate the need to replace the disc.
Check the tightening of the adjustment nut of
the cutting blade periodically. Any play should
be repaired.
In the event of blade warp this should be repla-
ced immediately.

ANY CLEANING OPERATION SHOULD BE
CARRIED OUT WITH THE MACHINE STOP-
PED AND THE AERIAL BASE DISCONNEC-
TED FROM THE CURRENT SUPPLY BOX.
Due to the type of work carried out, the projec-
tion of particles on the machine is unavoidable.
The machine elements should be periodically
cleaned, using a damp cloth for this purpose.
Do not use water under pressure.
