9. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
In order to carry out maintenance of the product, the generator comes with a tool kit which will help
you in the maintenance procedures described in the manual. Keep the tool kit always with the manual.
ATTENTION:
longer, follow the recommendations below:
1. Daily:
A. Check engine oil level;
B. Inspect and correct any oil or fuel leaks;
C. Check air cleaner.
2. First month or 20 hours of use:
A. Change engine oil.
3. Every 3 months or 50 hours of use:
A. Clean air cleaner and inspect it more frequently in case of use in very dusty areas.
4. Every 6 months or 100 hours of use:
A. Change engine oil;
B. Clean valve shell;
C. Check spark plug;
D. Clean exhausting system.
5. Every year or 300 hours of use:
A. Check the valves;
B. Clean the tank.
Note: In order to carry out maintenance as per above steps, you should have enough mechanical knowledge and
appropriate tools. Preferrably, consult an authorized professional to carry out the service.
6. Every 2 years:
A. Check fuel hose and substitute it if necessary.
