In order to reduce risks of fire and burnings:
• Keep the generator at least 1 meter from the wall and from other equipment during operation. The exhaus-
ting system gases are hot enough to provoke fire in some materials.
• Do not allow the contact of the generator with flammable substances as it has hot parts.
• Do not smoke next to the generator, and do not leave it next to sparks or flames, mainly when refue-
ling;
• Do not exceed the maximum fuel and oil level;
• Make sure any fuel spilled during the refueling is cleaned before the equipment is in operation. Fuel vapors
are highly flammable and can ignite when an engine is turned on;
• After the use, if it is necessary to transport the generator, wait for the cooling of the exhausting
system.
• Do not exceed the generator nominal capacity under the risk of irreversible damage to it. If necessary,
use a higher capacity generator.
