DREIGANG SCHALTGETRIEBE HK32D (Fig.18/2)
Das Dreigang-Schaltgetriebe (Fig.18/1) ist entweder f r die
Zapfwellendrehzahl 540/min oder 1000/min gebaut.
Anmerkung: Sollte die Schaltung blockieren, wird von Hand die
Gelenkwelle gedreht, bis sich der Schalthebel in die gew nschte
Stellung einlegen läßt.
ZWEIGANG SCHALTGETRIEBE HK32ZS (Fig.19/2)
Das Zweigang-Schaltgetriebe (Fig.19/2) ist standardmäßig f r
die Zapfwellendrehzahl 1000/min mit den Kreiseldrehzahlen
274
und
318/min
gebaut.
Umsteckräder
im
Getriebekasten
Kreiseldrehzahlen erreicht werden. Außerdem kann damit
auch eine Umr stung auf die Zapfwellendrehzahl 540/min
vorgenommen
werden
(siehe
Grundsätzlich
ist
die
Zapfwellendrehzahl
vorzuziehen.
Nur bei ausgeschalteter Schlepperzapfwelle
und abgestellten Motor schalten!
Anmerkung: Je höher die Kreiseldrehzahl und je langsamer die
Schlepperfahrt, desto feiner wird die Kr melung!

THREE SPEED LEVER CHANGE GEARBOX HK32D
(Fig.18/2)
The 3-speed Lever Change Gearbox can be supplied to accept either
a 540 or 1000 rpm tractor PTO.
The Gearbox lever positions marked 1,2,3 (Fig. 18/1) provide the
following speeds to the blades.
Remark: To change gear raise the rotavator until the blades just clear
the ground, disengage the PTO, stop the tractor engine, apply the
brakes and moves the gear lever to the required position.
Should difficulty be experienced in engaging the gear lever it may be
necessary to detach the PTO shaft from the tractor and turn it by hand
until engagement is possible.

(Fig.19/2)
The two speed gearbox (Fig.19/2) is made for a PTO speed of
1000/min and provides rotor speeds of 274 and 318/min.
By changing of the select gears other rotor speeds are
possible. It is also possible to convert the gearbox to an input
speed of 540/min (see Fig. 19/2 and 19/3) but this is not
recommended.
Never change gear with the tractor engine
running and the PTO engaged!
Remark: The higher the blade speed selected the finer the tilth wich
will be produced.
