OPERATIONS PRELIMINAIRES
-Actionner l'interrupteur général
-Choisir le programme de travail
(5, 6)
-Attendre 7÷8 minutes pour
arriver à la température et à sa
stabilisation, autrement dit
attendre que le led (10) se soit
éteint et rallumé plusieurs fois
-Vérifier le positionnement du
plan à grille (17) en fonction du
produit à conditionner de façon
telle que la soudure soit effectuée
à la moitié environ de la
hauteur de ce dernier;
Pour effectuer cette opération,
enlever le plan à grille, dévisser
les bâtons de soutien placés dans
la partie antérieure du bac et les
revisser dans les trous prévus à
la hauteur désirée, remonter alors
le plan en l'appuyant d'abord à un
des
crochets
postérieurs
correspondants à la hauteur
choisie.
-Réchauffer la machine en lui
faisant faire un ou deux cycles à
vide.

-Wait 7-8 minutes for the
temperature to be reached and
stabilized, i.e. until LED (10) has
gone out and come back on again
a few times;
-Check the position of the grille
(17) according to the product to
be packaged, so that the sealing
is carried out at approximately
half its height;
In order to perform this operation,
remove the grille, unscrew the
supporting feet located in the front
part of the basin and screw them
back in position in the holes
provided at the desired height,
then reassemble the grille, resting
it first on one of the rear hooks
corresponding to the chosen
height.
-Preheat the machine, making it
perform one or two empty cycles.

-Hauptschalter betätigen.
-Arbeitsprogramm auswählen (5,
6).
-7-8 Minuten warten, bis die
Temperatur erreicht wird und sich
stabilisiert hat, d.h. warten, bis
sich Led (10) ein paar Mal aus-
und wiedereingeschaltet hat.
-Positionierung der Gitterfläche
(17) überprüfen, je nach dem zu
verpackenden Produkt, so dass
die Schweissung ungefähr auf
deren halber Höhe erfolgt.
Zur
Durchführung
dieses
Schrittes
die
Gitterfläche
abnehmen, die im vorderen
Wannenbereich befindlichen
Stützbolzen abschrauben und sie
auf der gewünschten Höhe in die
Bohrungen
einschrauben.
Danach die Gitterfläche wieder
einbauen,
indem
entsprechend der gewünschten
Höhe zuerst auf einem der
hinteren Haken aufgelegt wird.
-Die Maschine vorwärmen, indem
Sie sie einen/zwei Leerzyklen
durchlaufen lassen.

alcance y la estabilización de la
temperatura es decir, que el led
(10) se haya apagado y
encendido algunas veces
-Averiguar el posicionamiento del
plano de rejilla (17) según el
producto a empaquetar de
manera que la soldadura se
realice a aproximadamente la
mitad de la altura del mismo;
Para efectuar esta operación
remover el plano de rejilla,
desenroscar las espigas de
soporte situadas en la parte
anterior
del
recipiente
enroscarlas en los agujeros
previstos a la altura deseada y
sie
luego
remontar
el
apoyándolo antes a uno de los
ganchos
posteriores
espondientes a la altura elegida.
-Precalentar
la
máquina
haciéndole realizar uno / dos
ciclos en vacío.
