Carefully unpack and inspect your new ProTeam vacuum for shipping
damage . Each unit is tested and thoroughly inspected before shipping .
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) . To request a
RAN or to ask questions regarding any shipping damage, contact ProTeam
