□ Fan (32) starts working.
YES
Correct?
♦ Check wiring between J7 power board (34)
and J1 panel board (19).
♦ Check supply voltages of the power (34) and
panel (19) boards, performing the tests of par.
3.2.1.
ERROR CODE TEST.
□ Upon turning the unit on, after the start-up phase, an
error condition is displayed: a code appears on the dis-
play A to identify the error type.
NO
Correct?
♦ See Error codes, par. 3.3.
COMMANDS AND SIGNALS TEST.
□ After the start-up phase, with knob B it possible to per-
form all of the steps involved in selecting a "Process",
"Mode" and "Programs", as described in the Instruc-
tions Manual.
YES
Correct?
♦ Check the supply voltages of power (34) and
panel (19) boards, performing, if necessary,
the tests of par. 3.2.1.
♦ Make sure that the correct program is
inserted in the panel board (19), performing,
if necessary, the "Firmware Upgrade"
procedure (see par. 2.4).
■ Check wiring between J7 power board (34) and J1
panel board (19).
■ Replace power (34) and/or panel (19) boards.
3.2.4
Start button produces no effect.
START COMMAND TEST.
□ Panel board (19), terminal J4-A(+) and J4-B(-) = 0 Vdc
with start button pressed, +9 Vdc approximately, with
button released.
YES
Correct?
♦ Check the wiring between J4, panel board
(19), central adapter C and torch button.

YES
NO
NO
♦ Check the supply voltages of the panel board
(19), performing, if necessary, the PANEL
BOARD (19) POWER SUPPLY TEST, of
par. 3.2.1.
♦ Replace panel board (19).
■ Check integrity of the components inserted on the start
line between J4 and Q1 on the panel board (19) (see
Connectors map, par. 5.5).
■ Replace panel board (19).
3.2.5
No gas flows from the torch.
SOLENOID VALVE (26) TEST.
□ Solenoid valve (26) terminals = 24 Vdc approximately,
with start button pressed.
NO
Correct?
♦ Make sure on solenoid valve (26) termi-
nals resistance = 56 ohm, approximately. If
>Mohm (winding broken), replace the sole-
noid valve (26).
♦ Check for the presence of gas at the intake
fitting E and that the pressure and flow rate,
in the intake line, meet specification values.
♦ Make sure the gas lines in the power source
are not clogged.
♦ Replace the solenoid valve (26).
■ Check the wiring between solenoid valve (26) and con-
nector J5 on panel board (19).
■ Make sure on solenoid valve (26) terminals resistance
= 56 ohm, approximately. If 0 ohm (short-circuit), re-
place solenoid valve (26) and check the efficiency of
the mosfet M1 and diode D6 on panel board (19).
■ Check integrity of the components inserted on the so-
lenoid valve (26) command line (R41, R44, M1, D6) on
panel board (19) (see Connectors map, par. 5.5).
■ Make sure correct supply voltage on J6 of panel board
(19) performing, if necessary, the MOTOR POWER
SUPPLY TEST, of par. 3.2.6.
■ Replace power (34) and/or panel (19) boards.
■ Replace solenoid valve (26).
