cuits power supply).
♦ Replace power board (34).
POWER BOARD (34) POWER SUPPLY TEST.
□ Power board (34), test points TP11(+), TP12(+) and R32
SHUNT terminal or TP13(-) = voltages as indicated in
Fig. 2.3.2 (flyback and boost converter circuits power
supply).
□ Power board (34), connectors J2 and J3 = voltages
as indicated in Fig. 2.3.2 (inverter circuits and panel
board (19) power supply).
YES
♦ With power source off, temporarily discon-
nect connectors J3 and J7 from power board
(34). Power up the power source and repeat
the measures on power board (34). If not cor-
rect, locate the faulty components, on power
EN
board (34), based on the diagram in Fig. 2.3.2
and replace them. If correct search for the
anomaly cause in the fan (32) or in the panel
board (19).
♦ Replace power board (34).
PANEL BOARD (19) POWER SUPPLY TEST.
□ Panel board (19), connector:
− J1, terminals 1(+) e 2(-) = +15 Vdc;
− J2, terminals 1(+) e 4(-) = +5 Vdc;
− J3, terminals 1(+) e 3(-) = +3,3 Vdc,
with switch (30) closed.
YES
♦ Check the wiring between J7 power board
(34) and J1 panel board (19).
♦ If the uncorrected voltages are the +5 Vdc or
+3,3 Vdc search for anomalies in the panel
board (19) power supply circuits (U1, U2 etc.)
(see Connectors map, par. 5.5).
♦ Replace power (34) and/or panel (19) boards.
■ Replace power (34) and/or panel (19) boards.

FAN (32) TEST.
□ Power board (34), connector J3, terminals 1(+) - 2(-) =
+14 Vdc approximately, with switch (30) closed.
NO
Correct?
♦ Check wiring between fan (32) and J3 on
power board (34).
♦ Make sure that there are no mechanical im-
pediments blocking the fan.
♦ Replace the fan (32).
■ Temporarily disconnect J3 from power board (34) and
repeat the test voltage on J3. If correct check that the
winding of the fan (32) is not in short circuit. If not
correct, check integrity of the resistor NTC1 on power
board (34). Correct value at ambient temperature = 5
ohm approximately.
■ Check the supply voltages of the power board (34),
in particular the +15V_ISO voltage performing,
if necessary, the POWER BOARD (34) POWER
SUPPLY TEST, of par. 3.2.1.
■ Replace power board (34) and/or fan (32).
