Connection/connections to connectors J1/J1B of the services board (6)

disconnected or incorrectly inserted.
Correctly make the connections to connectors
J1 / J1B of the services board (6)
SERVICE no.5 POWER SUPPLY TEST
Service board (6), J1 / J1B terminals 1 - 2 = 27.2 VDC +/- 3%.
Replace motorised fan/fans (48)

4.3 The START button produces no effect.

START BUTTON TEST.
Services board (6), terminals F4 (+) and F5 (-) = +37 VDC +/- 10%, with torch button

contact open) and RL6 on the services board (6) de-energised; terminals F4 (+) and
F5 (-) = 0 VDC with torch START button pressed and RL6 on the services board (6)
energised. If RL6 is de-energised between pin 1 of J5 (+) of the services board (6)
and pin 5 of J5 (-) of the services board (6), measure 14 V +/- 10% using a
multimeter. If RL6 is energised between pin 1 of J5 (+) of the services board (6) and
pin 5 of J5 (-) of the services board (6), measure 0 V using a multimeter.
Check the connections between connector J5 of
services board (6) and connector J2 of control
board (48);
Replace the control board (48)

Make sure that there are no mechanical
impediments blocking the fans (28)
Perform:
SERVICE no.5 POWER SUPPLY TEST

Correct?
Check the FUSE1 fuse on the services board
(6), if blown: replace the fuse with one of
exactly the same specifications;
Check the connections between connector
J5 of services board (6) and connector J2 of
control board (48);
Replace the services board (6) and/or
control board (48)

Correct?
Check the wiring between terminals F4 and
F5 of the services board (6) and terminals 1
and 9 of the torch central adapter (61) on the
power source, torch button and torch nozzle
