♦ Check the wiring between services trans-
former (62) primary circuit terminal board
and terminals J-L1 and J-L2 on power board
(45).
♦ Check connections on the printed circuit of
power board (45), between terminals J-L1,
J-L2 with terminals IN-L2, IN-L3 (see Con-
nectors map, par. 5.7).
♦ Make sure integrity of the fuse on the ser-
vices transformer (62) primary winding. If
interrupted, replace it, and check, with power
source off, the primary winding resistance
on the services transformer (62) terminals
board, with fuse inserted. Correct value: pri-
mary 0 – 400 Vac = 13 ohm approximately,
primary 0 – 220 Vac = 7 ohm approx. If not
correct, replace services transformer (62).

POWER BOARD (45) POWER SUPPLY TEST.
□ (art. 324) Power board (45), connector FAN1, terminals
1-5 = 18 Vdc (cooling unit interface circuits power
supply).
□ (art. 324) Power board (45), connector FAN1, terminals
4-8 = 30 Vdc (power source control circuits power sup-
ply).

♦ Check the wiring between FAN1 on power
board (45) secondary windings of the service
transformer (62).
♦ Make sure integrity of the fuses on the sec-
ondary windings of the service transformer
(62). If interrupted, replace them and check
the resistance on terminals 1-5 and on ter-
minals 4-8 of the connector FAN1 on power
board (45). Correct value = >Mohm in both
measure sense. If not correct, replace power
board (45).
CONTROL POWER SUPPLY TEST.
(art. 323) Power board (45), connectors:
− J9, terminals 2(+) - 1(-) = +40 Vdc approx. (panel board
(48) motor speed control circuits).
− J4(-), FAN2, pin 1(+) = +24 Vdc;
− J4(-), J8-1(+) = +15 Vdc;
− J4(-), J8-3(+) = -15 Vdc;
− J4(-), U3 dissipater(+) = +5 Vdc.

+15 Vdc approx., with switch (40) closed.
□ Panel board (48), connector J5, terminals 1(+) and 3(-)
= +3,3 Vdc, with switch (40) closed.

♦ Check the wiring between J4 of INV board
on power board (45) and J1 panel board (48).
♦ If the uncorrected voltage is the +3,3 Vdc
search for anomalies in the panel board (48)
power supply circuits (U1 etc.) (see Connec-
tors map, par. 5.8).
♦ Replace power (45) and/or panel (48) boards.
■ Replace power (45) and/or panel (48) boards.

□ (art. 323) Power board (45), connector FAN1, terminals
1(+) - 2(-) = connector FAN2, terminals 1(+) - 2(-) =
+12 Vdc approximately, fans working, with switch (40)
closed and fans connected to proper connectors (the
two fans are series connected between them).
□ (art. 324) Power board (45), connector FAN2, terminals
1(+) - 2(-) = connector FAN3, terminals 1(+) - 2(-) =
+12 Vdc approximately, fans working, with switch (40)
closed.
