Use
This equipment can only be used to distribute
food and keep it cold.
Always use basins to store food and do not place
them directly in the tub or on the top.

USING THE EQUIPMENT

When first used, clean the equipment thoroughly as described in
chapter
.
on page 17
The equipment mount two types of control panel
to the control panel of your own equipment.
Refrigerated elements and the displays are designed to maintain
food in basins GN h. 25mm (refrigerated top) or h. 100mm (re-
frigerated tub) or in plates/cups (displays). The cold rooms are
designed to maintain the food in GN basins.

Turn the main switch of the mains on and the equipment by
pressing the ON/OFF switch for at least 3 seconds.

Turn on the switches of the various components (tub/top,
superstructure, etc.) by pressing the relevant switches for at
least 3 seconds.

The temperatures of the various zones are factory-set to
optimum values (Top: -5°C, cell: +5°C, display +5°C), however,
they can be changed.

Limit values:
top/tub= min. -10°C/max +5°C
cell= min. +3°C/max +10°C
display= min. +3°C/max +10°C

Once the temperature is reached, insert the GN basins or the
plates containing the food.
DEFROSTING
Defrosting is cyclical and automatic.
The displays are defrosted by stopping every 60 minutes and
lasts 10 minutes.
The top is defrosted by stopping every 60 minutes and lasts 10
minutes.
The cells are defrosted by stopping every 240 minutes and lasts
30 minutes.
